What is your return policy?
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order damaged or mislabeled items, I'm here to help! I offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your item. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order damaged or mislabeled items, I'm here to help! I offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your item. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to my return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Please note I only offer full refunds for damaged or mislabeled products, not for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size. If you are returning your item because of buyer's remorse or incorrect sizing, you will be responsible for shipping costs.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Send an e-mail to [email protected] citing your name, phone number, and order number.
- Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided.
What is your shipping policy?
- Please note that all products are printed on demand and orders may take 6-10 days to create before shipping.
- Shipping costs are calculated depending on the amount, type of products in each order, and shipping location. I work hard to get you the cheapest shipping option possible.
- If the carrier isn’t able to deliver the items because of the wrong address, or if the package was unclaimed by your customer, it’ll be returned to me.
I'll then hold on the order for 28 days at no cost and will contact you to correct your shipping information. After 28 days, if I have not received a response, I will cancel the order.
Do you do customizations?
- Don't see an item you want or want a different customization? Just ask! You can e-mail me at [email protected]. Some items may not be customizable, but I will be happy to work with you when they are.
- All custom items will be added as a new item and purchased directly through the online store - no exceptions.
